Wendy Fredriksson's artistic practice spans sculpture, installations and film. She is interested in the ways that the human experience can be examined and expressed through working with objects and cultural phenomena that are commonplace, by  stripping them of their familiarity and context. Fredriksson works with light and particular colour palettes to draw emotional resonance from her material.
