The title for Minnie's video work is a wink for those in the know (when a Microsoft system flips out the blue screen of death apparently announces the system failure).... The video is comprised of footage taken through various aeroplane windows in flight. The variety of perspectives, from cloudy blue expanses to the fast approaching urban sprawl viewed as a plane descends, speaks to the state of being in motion through transit, neither here nor there, as well as the perspective that comes from viewing something from afar. The video is embedded with various 3D modelled objects which disrupt the apparent unity and sensibility of the physical world through their presence. A Mouse Trap toy box sits amongst industrial buildings and a Furby hangs out under the wing of the plane. Reality is questioned and altered.
