Mooney's composition of sculptural works bring together objects from various stages of her artistic practice. Some of the works have been seen on exhibitions, while others are part of her private practice, the "weirdies" as she calls them, which are produced in her studio and live amongst the other works that eventually make it out into the world. The juxtaposition of these works creates a dialogue. Through this exhibition, what has until now been a private conversation only heard by the artist in her studio, moves out into the world and is opened to the viewer. New facets of her practice and the subject matter that she works with are revealed.
